Service Opportunity
Join Calvary Memorial and the ARI team as we collaborate with New Life Centers to serve our neighbors across Chicago. We will be packing emergency food boxes for families in need, especially those affected by recent SNAP benefit cuts, as well as our immigrant neighbors. This is a simple yet meaningful way to serve with dignity and presence.
When: April 25, May 30 and June 27
Times: 8am-12pm & 12-4pm
Where: New Life Centers Resource Center Warehouse at 4401 W. Ogden Ave, Chicago, IL 60623
Each shift hosts up to 30 volunteers, with a minimum of 20, so your participation truly makes a difference.
The work takes place in a cool, lightly dusty warehouse and involves standing and light movement. All ages are welcome. If bringing a minor, please accompany them and fill out the parent or guardian section during registration.
Please bring a water bottle and arrange your own transportation. Parking is available behind the building and along the street. The main entrance is marked by a green New Life Centers sign. Someone from our team will be outside to welcome you and help you get settled.
If you have questions, feel free to contact Pastor Manfred. We appreciate your willingness to serve and look forward to serving together.
