Ways to Serve
Facility Care Team
LUNCH HAS BEEN MOVED TO MARCH 10
We are excited to begin a few major facility care projects at Calvary. Toward these efforts, we realize that many of you have professional experience in a variety of trades. If you are an electrician, engineer, plumber, interior designer, contractor, architect, property manager, etc. we would love for you to join us for lunch. We also need people interested in helping us create a fundraising campaign.
Tim Clark, Edwin Chung, and Pastor Jonathan would like to invite you for an informational lunch on Sunday, March 10 from 12:30pm - 1:30pm in the Heritage Room. We would like to hear more about the work you do and also share more about the projects at Calvary coming in the near future.
Care Team
The Care ministry at Calvary helps with tangible needs of the congregation such as moving needs, meals for the sick, and rides. Let us know what you’d like to help with and the frequency that you are available and we’d love to get you connected to various needs in the congregation.
Welcome Team
Role: Welcome people to both services on a Sunday morning
Requirements: A friendly face, a general knowledge of the building, and a willingness to meet and help others.
Commitment: once a month or as often as once a week
Tech Team: Sound-tech/Producer
Role: Sound-tech/Producer—Oversee the sound and flow of Sunday Services. Will Work closely with worship pastor to ensure a smooth service from start to finish.
Requirements: No need to be intimidated by the technical aspects of running a sound board or no experience. A love of music and a touch of organization is all that’s required to learn and thrive!
Commitment: One Sunday a month (both services)
Tech Team: Live Stream Operators/Digital Producer
Role: Live Stream Operators/Digital Producer—For those interested in the technical side of A/V.
Requirements: If mixing digital audio, producing A/V recordings and overseeing technology is something you’re interested in or enjoy, we’d love to have you, no experience required.
Commitment: Based on availability
Tech Team: Slide Operator
Role: Slide Operators who work closely in a dynamic team with sound and stream department
Requirements: Detail oriented people who love worship, no experience required
Commitment: One Sunday a month (both services)
