James is the Founder and Executive Director of Victory Ahead. After serving 17 years with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes as the Director of Ministry and Talent Advancement for over 20 countries, James and his team saw a need that went beyond just helping coaches and athletes connect their faith and sport and launched Victory Ahead in January 2022.

The mission of Victory Ahead is to work to and through the local church to equip business and sports leaders with Christ-Centered Coaching that impacts lives and communities for Christ. Victory Ahead is currently partnering with several churches in Colombia, Venezuela, and the Caribbean, helping them to gain a foothold in their community and provide ongoing evangelism and discipleship opportunities.
