Ryan & Heidi Hannah

The Hannahs

Ryan and Heidi have been serving with the mission organization SIM since 1996, working in leadership, personnel & administration, discipleship, and theological education in Mozambique, Malawi, and Thailand. Ryan served as the SIM Thailand Director for 12 years, while Heidi served as the Personnel Director. Together, they led a team of missionaries focused on church planting, sports ministry, community engagement, and support ministries. They are particularly passionate about training and mentoring leaders for missions, both in Thailand and beyond.

Currently, they are based in the United States, where they assist family while remaining engaged globally. Heidi serves as the Personnel Coordinator for the SIM Paraguay team, which is involved in church planting, discipleship, deaf ministry, university outreach, camping, and medical work in regions where folk Catholicism is strong and deeper gospel understanding is needed. Ryan works with Cornerstone Trust as a Program Officer, partnering with ministries across Africa. Together, they are committed to bringing the gospel to those who have not heard it, offering them the opportunity to understand that the Creator God desires a personal relationship with them and to grow in their faith..
