The Bairs

Growing up in the military Nick understands firsthand the unique challenges that face service members and their families. The highly transcient global military community often operates where local churches have no access. Serving as civilian missionaries to the global military community was a natural commitment matching our calling, passion.

Our staff and volunteers serve in 31 nations to engage the global military community with the Gospel. Working alongside chaplains and churches, thousands of troops and families hear the gospel and receive spiritual care in areas such as overcoming combat trauma, strengthening marriages, and an introduction to the teachings of Scripture.

Nick is the new Chief of Staff over Cru Military’s Ministry Support Center (MSC) overseeing Human Resources, Finance and Prayer, Cru Military’s Spiritual Resource Ministry, Technology, and Communications, and Connection Initiative. Senja gives administrative support to Nick, works from home, and homeschools their ten children.
