M5:14 Arts at Calvary
The name M5:14 is based on Matthew 5:14 which states that “You are the light of the world, a city on a hill cannot be hidden.” God, the author and creator of all beauty, has gifted us all with the ability to create so that we can reflect His beauty and grace with our lives. We are called to be “salt and light” and, in these uncertain times, our light should not be hidden but shine in the darkness. M5:14 will endeavor to affect culture in a positive way for Christ and will seek to encourage creativity in others.
Our regular meetings are held in the Legacy Room at Calvary Memorial Church on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Those who participate in any type of artistic discipline, at all levels of skill, are encouraged to attend. While at Calvary, be sure to visit the Legacy Room Art Gallery .
