LOAN POLICIES

USE AND LOAN OF WOMEN’S MINISTRIES’ MATERIALS
Women’s Ministries is happy to loan out materials to assist in other areas of work in Calvary. In the spirit of good stewardship and efficient service to the diverse requests for use of Women’s Ministries’ materials, please be advised of the loan policies below.

1. Calvary Women’s Ministries (CWM) and Small Groups will have priority over all other requests for use of CWM materials.
2. Each borrowing party must provide one contact person selected by the group to be responsible for materials borrowed.
3. In the event of loss or damage, each borrowing party agrees to reimburse CWM for any loss or damage.
