LEADER QUALIFICATIONS

"Teach the older women...to teach what is good." - Titus 2:3

THE SMALL GROUP LEADER (& CO-LEADER) IS A WOMAN WHO:

1. Is a member of CMC
2. Has been through the CWM training to lead a small group. (Training to include review of CMC statement of faith)
3. Agrees with CMC statement of faith and
4. Agrees to support this statement of faith in all small group
   discussions
5. Agrees to submit to the authority of Calvary Memorial Church’s leadership
6. Will commit to participate in on-going Bible study leadership training meetings.
7. May be asked to observe a new Bible study group to provide training or assistance to a new Leader when needed.

SMALL GROUP POLICY

1. Each group will be lead by Calvary Memorial Church Women’s Ministry trained Leader & Co-Leader
2. The Hostess of a small group will decide when the group has become too large for comfort in her home. A new group may grow out of an existing group in such cases.
3. Each group will remain open to admit new members where room permits.
4. The Deaconess of WM/Chair of Small Groups may observe any group to provide further assistance or direction.
5. Members of all small groups agree to abide by all CMCWM’S Policies.
