Conflict Resolution
Calvary has a conflict resolution team called Solomon's Way. This ministry will work with you to follow God's best plan in difficult relationships.
Conflict coaching and mediation services use principles from the Bible. The heart of Solomon's Way can be found in God's promise in James 3:18 that "Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness." It further states in Romans 12: 17-18, "Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone."
All volunteers in Solomon's Way have special training in conflict coaching and mediation from Peacemaker Ministries. Confidentiality is key to our process.
Solomon's Way Ministry acts under the authority of the Church leaders and will be careful to support any Church disciplinary process. To learn more about our conflict resolution ministry contact our Pastor Howard Duncan.
