Who We Are
Do you desire to connect with other young adults pursuing Christ? Adelphoi is Calvary's Young Adult Ministry, and we would love to have you be a part of our community. We meet on the first and third Tuesday evenings of the month at the church, and then in homes the second and fourth Tuesdays. What We Do
- Large Group Meetings
- Adelphoi meets the first and third Tuesdays of the month, 7:00PM-9:00PM at Calvary Memorial Church (Dinning Room). These gatherings provide a context for worship, prayer and interactive discussion around the topics of faith, culture and life. If you are college-aged or a young professional, we welcome you to join us as we seek to grow deeper in our love for God and each other.
- Small Groups
- Adelphoi hosts small groups, or what we call TEDs groups, on the second and fourth Tuesday evenings of the month. TEDs stands for Tuesday evening dinners. As stated, these groups share a meal together, dive into the Bible, and offer mutual encouragement and prayer in homes throughout Oak Park and the surrounding communities. TEDs is a great way to connect with other young adults who are looking to grow deeper in their faith. All groups are open, and welcome new comers at any time. - Men's & Women's Bible Study
- Adelphoi hosts men's and women's bible studies. These studies are open to all young adults and welcome new comers at any time. The women's Bible study is currently studying the book of Genesis.
